Anyways, a drawing inspired by yesterday's concert. It was very 👌🏼

butterflies

Ugh this took me to finish way longer than it should have.

Kind of inspired by Simon Wroe's Chop chop. Kind of, because 1) I thought of it when trying to figure out where did this idea come from 2) you can consider this picture a recommendation and read the book. (Nobody eats in butterflies in it, but the drawing could be understood as a reference to the end. A very vague one lol.)

I actually feel bad for the butterflies.

Hair clips

 I can't believe this is already my second (!!) post this month...

...which is kind of sad heh. When did I become this lazy?

Anyhoo, there's not much to this picture. My brain is pretty much dead so it finds even hair clips fascinating. 

I haven't updated in a forever (well, more like in a month, but that's almost a forever).

Anyways, I thought these three pictures would go nicely together. The first one is from a few days ago, the other two are over half a year old? I think? I suppose? I recall? I have zero sense of time.

Was cleaning my notebook and found these. Most of it is just me being bored and playing around with colours/blurs/effects/etc. in photoshop.

Markers

90% of my drawings are b&w but I swear, I do use colours sometimes!

I drew these two after buying a set of markers on sale. I lost half of them by now and dropped a few into the water, because I'm super clumsy and don't deserve nice things.

Anyways, markers are for me a fun exercise before drawing, kind of like stretching before getting down to business.

Kind of inspired by Honne's Warm on a cold night, esp the talking bit at the beginning. 

Lately I've been into lazy sketching so most of my drawings look something like this now. 

Anyways, I somehow came to like this piece so here it is:

In other news: In the last few days the air pressure has been dropping and the sky is weirdly coloured but no storm to be seen. Pretty disappointing.
